Has ANYONE found out who this person is? Was there ever a record (45rpm) for this song? I really want to know.

Not sure yet who he is, but the clip was recorded in San Francisco in 1966.. The dancer in the tuxedo early in the clip is Danny Whitten later to be in the band Crazy Horse, Neil Young's backing band in the 60's & 70's.
